Osteoporosis and Bone Health Osteo Support is a comprehensive formulation that contains everything you need to support normal bone health.
The major ingredients include calcium (carbonate and citrate), magnesium, Vitamin D, Ostivone, and Soylife. National Osteoporosis Foundation, the most important thing you can do to prevent osteoporosis is to get plenty of calcium and Vitamin D in your diet.
Osteo Support contains everything you need to help support normal bone health, including 1200 mg of calcium, 200 IU of Vitamin D, and 200 mg of Ostivone.
Ostivone is a relatively new raw ingredient that has been shown to increase the effectiveness of calcium supplements.
Osteo Support also contains Soylife, which provides standardized levels of isoflavones. Soylife is the brand used in several studies that have shown these isoflavones to be effective in preventing osteoporosis.
As a dietary supplement, adults take four (4) tablets daily with meals, or as directed by a health care professional.
